Your 30s might actually be the ideal time. The hands-on experience and expertise you built in your 20s become the foundation for leverage. The key isn't quitting your job tomorrow — it's keeping your current income while building leverage-able side projects one at a time.
Look up Rob Moore's TED talks or podcast interviews — his show The Disruptive Entrepreneur is a great summary of his philosophy. That said, the book itself is packed with practical examples, so reading it cover to cover is worth the time if you can spare it.
